I just uploaded a new version where all the issues that you posted in the last couple days should be fixed.

I uploaded version 1, so all the corresponding bugs should be fixed.

(Next time I will simply bump the version of the jar, somehow I thought I want to keep it a 3.0.0 for the revision...but I think that was a dump idea)

I checked it out. Works for me, and I also closed some of the related issues. From my end this would also be ready to go on the main update site.

@tibuch could you please try out the latest MoBIE-beta and let me know whether everything works for you? I would like to cut a release...

@tischi I have opened some of our MoBIE projects and they work nicely. I have also opened some individual ome-zarr files and they worked as well.

Maybe @imagejan wants to give it a test-run as well?

@tibuch @imagejan I release now 4.1.2 and pushed it to the main update site on Fiji.

Main new feature is opening of OME-Zarr HCS data sets, both locally and from S3.

One can try it out with:

Plugins › MoBIE › Open › Open HCS Dataset...

Just tried this feature this morning with MoBIE-beta and was wondering when it will be released 🚀 Very convenient!

Will you then move to this or will you continue the custom HCS MoBIE project approach?

We still depend on MoBIE's way to store tables, so unless there's an easier way to just somehow link the tables to the wells of the HCS dataset, we'll have to keep writing our own MoBIE project file wrapping the OME-Zarr HCS.

Or is there an NGFF extension for .tsv tables already 🙂 ?

Hi All, MoBIE-beta contains now significant changes and I would love to get error reports (please not here, but please make issues and start them with new-n5: ... in the title); thanks for your help!
