Replace grid transform by grid source #60

The idea came up in https://github.com/mobie/mobie-viewer-fiji/issues/343#issuecomment-876368420: implement a grid source {grid: {sources: ...}} instead of the grid transform. This could eliminate some of the duplication when having multiple grid views sharing sources. (This also motivated #59).

This is not relevant any more given the changes to the view spec.
