Update label rendering options #75

Update the label rendering options in the documentation to match changes made for https://github.com/mobie/mobie-viewer-fiji/issues/721

As far as I can see this only changes how the context menus are organized. Could you point out what needs to change in the spec for this?

It doesn't need spec changes - sorry, I wasn't clear! It's just a few small changes to this: https://mobie.github.io/tutorials/exploring_segmentations.html to make it match the current version.
