Figure1a view does not fully correspond to the new paper panels #94

Here's how it looks when opening the view:

Here's what we currently have in the paper.

@K-Meech could you update the view in the platy project so that it matches the panel? (Ofc. it doesn't have to match 100%, but it would be good if the same cells are selected, which is currently not the case).
