Scrolling in Pinny is slow/stutters #11

Device: Nexus 4 OS: Android 4.2.2

Steps:

  1. Open example page
  2. Select a modal example
  3. Scroll through the modal text

Results: The scrolling animation is a bit slow and appears to stutter

Expected: Scrolling animation should be smooth (see iOS)
