IE 11 - Screen is scrollable when pinny is open #13

Device: Nokia Lumia 920 OS: WP 8.1

Steps:

  1. Open examples page
  2. Open a pinny
  3. Tap and scroll in the shade area

Results: Page scrolls and pinny remains open

Expected: Page should not scroll

Fixed, I think. Page still scrolls but Pinny doesn't go anywhere. Not going to fix scroll locking on Windows Phone for now due to weird scroll animation issue.
