Allow for lockup to be disabled

• Adds a 'lockup' option to default setting, which when set to false, prevents pinny from calling lockup on open/close
• Useful for when you aren't using Shade, and don't want lockup to block scrolling (we use this as a non-interactive notification at the top of the page on JTV Mobile, for example)
• This feels lazy --- I wonder if the user wants to disable Lockup whether we prevent the creation of a Lockup instance in the first place?

Changes

• Add 'lockup' parameter to Pinny.DEFAULTS, with default value as empty object
• Within openComplete and closeComplete callbacks, check for existence of lockup option

  Notes

• When instantiated Pinny, providing lockup: false as an option will thus prevent lockup from being called when openComplete and closeComplete are called
