Align component and test files removed #121

Arrange component has everything that Align has. Propose to remove it.

+1. Been thinking about this for a while. Thanks @nastiatikk for being sharp and stepping up.

I was thinking maybe we deprecate this first with some kind of warning but that’s probably not needed. I think it’s likely we have almost nobody using this.
