Test.scss shouldn't live in the components folder #21

Feel like this should live in our tests folder, not our main distribution folder.

The way I’m thinking of it, the Test component is just another component. The Grid component is for building layouts, the Test component is for writing tests. It should be available to use in projects just like Grid, Media, etc.

Closing as resolved – the Test component is a component for general use. We use it in our tests of course, but it’s intended for distribution.
