As a user of the system, I want to be notified when I receive a new message in the mailbox.
Solution Description
Implement a notification box (at the bottom right) that notifies the user when a new message was received. The notification box should display the following information:
Sender of the message
Excerpt of the content of the message
feature_acceptance_criteria
[ ] Notification box including the described information
[ ] Notifications should be displayed when a new messages was received for the user
[ ] Notification should NOT be displayed when user is on mailbox page
