I had recently contributed in adding roadmap in English(The issue is closed by my PR) As I am not a Spanish speaker , I cannot judge a particular course standard. This PR helps the further contributors to understand what in particular is needed to close this issue.

Kindly review @drcabral l ASAP,I want this to be counted in my Hackotoberfest. Thankyou

the Spanish readme already has the study content section, and we defined in another PR or issue that we will have only one study content file, with content in different languages. Maybe an upgrade of this content file can be indicate with country flag or tags like [PT], [ES], [EN] to tell everyone in which language the content was written. Thanks!
