partially Fixes: #42

I had recently contributed in adding roadmap in English(The issue is closed by my PR) As I am not a Dutch speaker , I cannot judge a particular course standard. This PR helps the further contributors to understand what in particular is needed to close this issue.

Kindly review @drcabral l ASAP,I want this to be counted in my Hackotoberfest. Thankyou
