Status of subscription #310

Understand and use the status of the subscriptions. Give the user feedback, so that they can see if they can take place in the course or not.

I think this is important. Ideally, subscriptions in the app should be visible on the website (nine.wi.hm.edu). However, with my account (not being enrolled in a major) I don't see any information on the website.

I'm not quite sure if we are able to give a feedback if the user got a place or not.

At the moment we can see registered courses marked with a green check.

The response of subscriptions - call says if a user is on waiting list or not, I would guess that we are not able to say if the user got a place or not...

As mentioned this is the situation by now. Should we investigate some more time to maybe check if we are able to display if the user got a place in the course or not. (In short: Should we ask NINE Admin if we are able to do so with the data we are getting?)
