Acceptance Criteria:

When the user clicks on the Create Account button he gets redirected to the 'Nine Create Account' Site.

The App is no openening the Nine Registration Site in the default Browser.

In the Future the App should make registration for the Apps server possible.

The Goal is now to remove the whole createLogin Feature from the map since the registration is done by the admin.
