A technical documentation has to be written by using Github Pages.

For my opinion it should contain the following things:

Short: What is FiTrack (from developer point of view. Mention technologies, etc.)
Pre-requisites
Installation guide (getting the source up and running on own machine)
Explanation of the used dependencies / dev-dependencies and its purpose.
Explanation of the project structure (folders, important key files etc.)
Short Explanations of the widgets
