Add privacy policy link settings page #46

Add the following link to the settings page inside the app: https://sites.google.com/view/fitrack-pp/

The privacy policy was not added as link, but as a resource inside the assets. This is because we don't have to open the browser on the phone, but can directly the relevant information on the users screen without leaving the app. However the web page and the asset inside the app have to kept synchronous now.
