Cleaner workaround for crash with 4-byte UTF-8 characters on Android (0.3.6) #13

4-byte UTF-8 character is now replaced with single ? mark, no garbage characters

Quick testing instructions: uninstall old plugin version and install using the following command:

cordova plugin add https://github.com/mobilexag/cordova-sqlite-evplus-ext-free#cleaner-android-crash-workaround
