[WIP] EU UPPER enhancement for iOS WIP #15

with sqlite3_eu module from: https://github.com/brodybits/sqlite3-eu-dev-wip (adapted to apply the update to UPPER rather than adding a new UPPER_EU function)

This proposal is raised for quick validation only. These changes will likely be rebased together with some other changes once the EU UPPER enhancement is ready for all supported platforms.

Note that test and documentation updates are missing as well.

Quick testing instructions: uninstall old plugin version and install using the following command:

cordova plugin add https://github.com/mobilexag/cordova-sqlite-evplus-ext-free#brodybits-eu-upper-ios-wip
