Clarify & document browser platform support #23

At this point the Cordova browser platform is supported by the following project: https://github.com/brodybits/sqlite-evcustom-browser-memory-storage-ext-free

it uses a custom version of SQL.js built from the following branch of my fork: https://github.com/brodybits/sql.js/tree/json1-js-build

This work was delivered as discussed by email in 2018.

@mobilexag/people please let me know if you have any questions or concerns

As discussed by email browser platform support is no longer needed.
