as it has fallen behind the following recent updates (updated):

[ ] SQLite 3.30.1 update
[ ] EU character support (ref: #21)
[ ] additional planned: include BASE64 & REGEXP support, for improved consistency with the other platforms

part of long-term warranty/support/update plan (#24)

My understanding is that this browser testing library is no longer needed.
