Импорт при закрытии приложения

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Открыть карту. Если установлена - удалить;
2. Нажать Импортировать;
3. Закрыть приложение (Back несколько раз).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Импорт завис в нотификациях. При открытии 
программы импорт не осуществлен. Должен же 
пройти фоновый импорт, карта должна 
появиться в моих картах.
