Add trip type and BLOGDIST

[Mind-the-Cap]

• Add "trip_type" column (in order to know if it's a short or a long trip as some short trips can be >80km);
• In emp-2019, add "BLOGDIST" variable (distance to public transport) Code from @arthurhaulon and @louisegontier in #35
