Implement frequency tables in a new function #12

Look at page 7 of Deducer Quickstart guide and figure out what package/function Ian was using. If it's easy, we can just use it exactly, but probably we need to create a wrapper function with a new name.

Something for me to play with: Create a wrapper called "FreqTable" with arguments "var1" & "var2". Save adding a 3rd variable until someone asks.
