May I know if you have ever encounted the warning"Warning: Could not open read file "trinity_assemblies/*.trinity_assembly.fasta.parsed" for reading; skipping..." , and if any guidance on this, thanks a lot!

thanks for using TEcandidates. Can you attach the TEcandidates log, and the output of of ls -Rlht on the working directory please?
