Images are larger. unable to trim it down #398

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. www.kadhajalakam.com

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

thumbnails/images on the left side of the home page is displaying large images. 
This image should have a smaller size and what we see on the other side.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

this is a linex server/ wordpress latest version and php 5.3.

Please provide any additional information belo

I would like see the smaller images in the page.

I don't know what the issue was but it seems everything is working correctly to 
me.
