Update introduction.md #9

Reword and rephrase various parts of the introduction to help make it easier to read and to help it 'flow' better.

@mobily Similar to what you say in your disclaimer, the suggested changes in this PR are just a few thoughts and suggestions. I fully understand if you'd prefer not to make any of the changes. I have some experience (from university and from jobs) in writing content that is easy to understand, highlights important topics, and is succinct. So please take these minor suggestions just as an attempt to help ts-belt be more approachable. I've tried to keep your 'voice' present in the changes.

Thanks for working on this library 🙌 I found out about it through JavaScript weekly. It looks like an awesome set of tools, and so I will be following the project and using it as soon as I can / where I can. I'm still very new to functional programming but am super excited by it 😄
