Hi, @mobinasri

I think Flagger mainly devopled and tested with HiFi data. But do you think it could run with ONT or CLR data with default parameters?

Hi @baozg the recent release of HMM-Flagger-v1.0.0 is tuned only for HiFi. I will add tuned parameters for other platforms shortly.
