Restructuring the project to make a Douml release #38

1-Clean the current repo, removing unnecessary files; 2-Move from leonardo2d/douml account to douml/douml; 3-Create a README.md file describing the project, like this one [1]; 4-Replace BOUML by DOUML in those files - I've found 1500 occurrences;

1 - I believe Nikolai took care of this 2 - http://github.com/DoUML/douml 3 - Done. 4 - Will be done in time, blindly replacing them might break things.

More two requests: Is it possible to change from https://github.com/leonardo2d/douml. to https://github.com/douml/douml. in the sourceforge? Is it possible to transfer all the issues kept here to https://github.com/douml/douml. as well? (this way we can find all things in one place)

Tranferrring the issues can only be done via python script and I don't have [python in the system.
