Limited versions of dependencies for compatibility with pypy
Switched to poetry-core
Added a few wrappers to eliminate numba on pypy
Note that I still have not been able to successfully test on pypy; the scipy dependency takes 6 hours to nearly build — and then fails. But I believe this should be quite close to compatible with pypy.
