Add gdax #527

As written in topic, You really should add gdax monitoring.

Isn't gdax using the same as coinbase?

As far as i know, coinbase presents a slightly higher price, at least when chcecking and comparing on their sites (gdax vs coinbase). Maby api pools the same prices. If so – is there a possibility to add duplicate entry (same parameters) with gdax name just to avoid confusion?
