Add Gdax bitcoin exchange #616

Hi guys and thank you for your wonderful app. It is the best bitcoin checker with alarms.

Could you add Gdax (Coinbase company) as an exchange in your app ? Many people use it because they charge 0% for a maker fee (and only 0.25% for a taker fee).

Just choose the exchange named "Coinbase." From what I can tell it's the same API and same price.

No I'm am sorry but Gdax and Coinbase are two different exchanges of the same company. Bitcoin price is different.

GDAX price is different, and would have the high/low which Coinbase does not have.

Using Coinbase shows the same prices as Gdax, check for yourself.
