With the app open on your phone, configuration of this feature is done independently for each crypto that you are watching. Click on any trading pair you have added to enter edit mode. Scroll down to check whether 'Enable alarm' is checked; if it is, scroll four options down from there, to see if 'Sound' box is checked. If I'm understanding your question, this is where you would uncheck the 'Sound' box, and you should be good to go. If your phone is set to vibrate, it may be overriding the phone's setting? May be in the bugfix category but hopefully this works for you.
