How do I run it ? #9

I tried running by creating a basic node server which serves the scanner.html on port 8000. But it shows blank screen. I changed the paths for the js files , downloaded iconv.js but nothing changed. Tried on Chrome and Firefox. How do I run it ? Its bit hard for me.
