Hitting the Play icon does not start the timer on the server #3

If I have mobti.me/whatever open in the browser, and I connect to it with this extension, hitting the Play icon does not start the timer in the browser, only in the extension. However, if I click Start in the browser, the timer in the extension syncs/"starts over".

If I only click the Play icon in the extension, when the timer expires, nothing happens.

If I click the Start button in the browser, when the timer expires, the mob rotation happens.

@mrozbarry @OlsonDev I do not actively maintaining it, but I'm open to accept any PRs fixes.
