be more relaxed about angular version #2

ng2-mobx seems to run fine with angular 2.1

Thanks for merging. No, I'm not actively using it because I don't currently use Angular. I just pitched Mobx to a friend who then asked for Angular bindings. So we decided to give ng2-mobx a try.

It worked great out of the box, except for the two tiny things which you merged. So, all feedback is already incorporated.
