This could potentially be happening for few days now and I thought that something was wrong with ISP
I am monitoring for about an hour now and its continuouly using 10-20 Mbits/s of network usage. I even updated docker desktop to latest version just now but that didn't resolve it
I can't block it in firewall since it prevents image pull as well from docker hub
This is Windows 10 build Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044
Docker is running in Hyper-V rather than WSL-2. I haven't tried switching to WSL since it has been running fine with hyper-v for years
