fix(build): do not use Ethernet_wire #640

Sorry. I have no idea of what I am doing.

It looks like this dependency is not available anymore.

I used the same technique used here

https://github.com/mirage/ethernet/commit/61dfc143518fadb5610473e533f75c2a2856b7da

to fix the build. I hope it fixes https://github.com/moby/vpnkit/issues/630 and other builds.

well, it fixed most builds. and the ones that are failing are due to a different error
