Documentation #29

Add documentation comments on top of every script. The reason is two-fold: 1. npm will stop bugging us about deprecated documentation and 2. commands in the documentation will appear on buzz help commands.

Hahaha, I meant to add this issue yesterday but I never got around to it.

When we get around to doing this, we should also update the README.md file to include more specific information about Buzz and possibly include a link to gatech.slack.com
