Add packages URIs, descriptions and licenses #1

Packages in:

[ ] portage-tree
[ ] mocaccino-micro
[ ] mocaccino-extra
[ ] mocaccino-musl-universe are missing description uri and license metadata.

We should annotate those for all packages in the repositories. E.g. https://github.com/mocaccinoOS/mocaccino-extra/blob/04c499bf1b800b1b737d203e2b4c72c74035fb6a/packages/e2fsprogs/definition.yaml#L9

Extra: make CI fail if those fields are missing

Got most of them done in mocaccino-extra/packages still needed are s6, 66 srv, mocaccino musl-fts

That's actually a package which just ships scripts, and those scripts are in the package itself. If license isn't specified at the top of them, it should be considered under the license of this repo (MIT)

micro is all done except for musl-utils and musl-toolchain

We will add all info to portage-tree with portage-converter extensions through JSON generated by Funtoo reposcan tool.
