Dracut Integration #3

Kernels in the kernel-repo should support dracut and trigger an initramfs generation in client-side if dracut is installed.

This also means we should have a native package for sabayon-dracut.

We have now mocaccino-dracut but we need rename kernel name under /boot in a way that is compliant with the new script.
