Having a docker image for https://github.com/mocaccinoOS/desktop helps much in case of building on top of it.

Action Items:

Create a Dockerfile, like https://github.com/mocaccinoOS/mocaccino-extra/blob/master/Dockerfile for mocaccinoOS/Desktop
The Image should have only layers/system-x installed
Enable the image to be built on Quay.io automatically
Update README and docs about the new image
