Remove dependency to linux/limits.h #24

SWIM includes linux/limits.h, which isn't available on Mac. If there is a way to use standard POSIX functions, it would be useful, as we have more users trying Mochi on their Mac.

I went ahead and removed this in 4e3d711eebfe5b02bc7528730c08f371c580e690. It was only being used for PATH_MAX which is simple enough to redefine.
