When logging in using a phone number after a logout without restarting the app, the phone number prefix list is broken #118

Basically the title I have no idea what happened, but i should investigate this

Also found out that the whole logging in after a log out without restart is broken altogether, so, well, that's a shame

This issue will be fixed in Stage 4 of development, will still be left open but left in backlog
