Model enumeration #21

guess I wasn't tidy to keep credit and enumeration fully separate. Sublime didn't seem to switch over entirely when new branch was checked out.

Anyway,what is the point of Enumeration? It seems like this is a re-write of existing Rails library? Really confused what a model like this does for the project.

Looks great. Remove the one newline and then I'll merge. I'm not entirely sure what the Enumeration model is intended for. Probably a holdover from Redmine that never got removed. It looks like it's supposed to be subclassed, but there aren't any sublasses in the project.
