Fixes syntax highlighting #19

Github changed the rendering engine to kramdown and rouge, this affected the way the syntax highlight was rendered.

To fix that this commit

imports some tidbits from the upstream site https://github.com/t413/SinglePaged/
imports the "native" theme from pygments, rouge is compatible with pygments css themes
