Reload images included via:

<img>
CSS background-image, list-style-image and border-image (hope I didn't forget something)
- CSS included via <style> or <link>
- inline CSS, e.g. <div style="background-image: url(ferrets.jpg)">

Working on it.

Landed in 20754971039e189985a2933b5af39918f6595754. You can build an extension from the repo and test it.
