Attachments can not be added to datalist #29

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install and Run packaged Datalist Extensions in 4.0
2.  Add item to datalist
3. Select a document to attach and save

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should attach document to datalist.  However it gives a message that item could 
not be created.  Not seeing anything in error logs.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Datalist Extension for 4.0 d with Mysql Lucene indexes

Please provide any additional information below.
