Display time of last update or time from last refresh #12

It would be very helpful to be able to see the time of the last weather update for one's chosen location. Alternatively, you could display how many minutes old the information is. As things are now, one can only hope that the data shown is reasonably up-to-date.

The refresh interval is defined in the schema.

gsettings set org.cinnamon.applets.weather@mockturtl refresh-interval 240

I'll think about how to present this better.

I see weather.yahoo.com updates hourly, on a half-hour delay (so the data is 30-90 minutes old). Need to see where Neroth pulls his timestamp in the API, and evaluate alternatives.
