Applet works reliably on Fahrenheit, not Celsius #144

Hey, love the applet, but for some reason the weather doesn't load reliably for me when using Celsius. Occasionally it will work on startup, othertimes not, sometimes it takes a long time to load. Overriding location label fixed this initially, but no longer.

The WOEID that I used was ASXX0075 (Melbourne, Australia). The other is 1103816, but this one doesn't seem to work ever.

No network issues (e.g. proxy). Using Mint Cinnamon 17.3. Cinnamon version 2.8.8. Applet version is 1.12.4. Kernel 3.19.0-32-generic

Any help would be great. Cheers!
