Add manual proxy setting support

You can use your proxy server when fetching data from yahoo rather than using the proxy setting of the system.

I checkout your branch "manual-proxy" and try it out on my company... I used wireshark to debug, after changing port from 8080 to 8081 i see a correct tcp packet ... your change seems to work :)

It doesn't seem to work with authenticate. I used http://user:pass@proxy:port ... can you please add support for it?
